  3. The key point of the project management activities is to complete the 4-point project schedule. The 4-point project schedule is designed to provide the open communication of the project scheduling dates and times, the opportunity for all parties to review project activities, and the final review for maintaining margin integrity.

  1. Pre-Inspection Review:  validate measurements and document all additional requirements necessary for the installation.
  2. Pre-Installation Review:  confirm all materials on-site for installation without any deviations or damage.
  3. After-Installation Review:  establish installation is completed and all function of areas ready for use.
  4. Final Project Review:  confirm customer is satisfied and final project report issued.
